How to make an appointment

As we are a small team and want to provide the best care we can, we try to make appointment booking both as fair and simple as possible. Appointments are released daily, 8 weeks in advance. We ensure that we do always have availability for any urgent care and post-op check ups.

To book an appointment please call us on (01856) 872857. If we can’t find you an appointment when you call, please keep try again. Our team will advise you and are always on hand to help wherever they can.

We will also ask you for your mobile phone number and email. This helps us keep our records up to date but it also means we can send you appointment booking reminders.

Book Appointment

We appreciate things change and sometimes you need to cancel. Cancellations are only taken over the phone and we will find you a new appointment over the phone. Cancelling means that we can offer your appointment to another patient, so we really appreciate it when you let us know.

Had eye test done for getting new glasses. both the young ladies that did the tests were very nice and professional without being stuffy. Couldn’t fault the service provided and would highly recommend them. great service.

Turned up out of the blue to see if they could replace a missing bridge pad on a pair of glasses. They replaced both pads in 5 minutes for no charge. Superb. Highly recommended.
